After we went to press yesterday _ afternoon further evidence was taken in the above action.
James M. M'Lean, manager of tho Nntional Bank, was further crosa-examinod by Mr Cornford. Arnold Weber, Thos. Sidey, aud Jamos Briggf were also examined. Their evidence was similar to that which they gave in the prorious bill cases. Tho Court then adjourned till the following morning.
