Some time since the College Governors decided to re-organise the Wellington College and a committee was appointed for the purpose At a meeting this morning the following report was presented :— " Your coramitteo report that, having considered the matter of re-organisation of the College inorderteplaceit ma better financial position, and especially with reference to the representations made by tho government, they aro unable, through tho absence of any reply to the representations, and from various causes, as yet to agree upon auy definite action that will relieve the College from its financial difficulties."
