Crrp.isTOHUEcn, This day. Mr C. J. Pent'old, secretary of the Canterbury Jockey Club, has received and accepted the secretaryship of tho Melbourne Club. This appointment was offered Mr Penfold Bomo time ago, but ho then refused.
