Tait, alias Thompbou, oharged with drunkenness, was fined ss, with 9,a costs, or 24 hours' imprisonment. Accused chose the latter.—A case of assault, Tuhay v. John Fogarty, was adjourned till three p.m., in consequence of all the Justices within ten miles being absent from home.
