The Appeal Court finished its present sittings this morning. In the case in which the Assignee appealed against the decision of the Chief Justice, who had held that certain payments made by Mr J. G. Kinross, bankrupt, to Messrs Robjohns mid Richardson, Nanier, werenotfrauduleut preferences, the appeal was allowd.
