Although at a very difficult angle, O'Connell put the ball beautifully over the bar. The Athletics were forood occasionally, and the visitors had pretty well the best of the game. A very strong galo was blowing right across tho field. The backs of both teams did not play up to form. It has been raining all Tuesday night and this morning, with a heavy gale, so the Park will be very sloppy for tho match with the Rivals this afternoon.
