HpHE Abovo Society Advance Money en JL Freehold and Leasehold Property for terms of years from 2 to 12, repayable by Monthly Instalments according to now scale, which is lower than any other Society in the Colony, by which scale a considerable saving is effected as against a loan bearing iuterost at 7 per cent, per annum from other sources. The following aro a few other advantages not obtainable outside the Sooiety, viz :— 1. No procuration or commission fees are charged. 2. Expenses of mortgage lower. 3. Advances made up to THREEFOURTHS of the valuo of property. For example:—lf a borrower possesses 'laud to the valuo of £100, the Society will advance an amount up to the extent of £300 for building purposes. 4. In case of sickness or other causes, payments may be suspended for terras of i from 3 to 0 months, interest on balance due only being payable. b.
