THE DOORMEN'S STRIKE.
All tho coasting services have been almost entirely suspended owing to the dockmen's strike. The clerks of the various shipping firms have had to be pressed into tho service of loading and unloading the coastal steamers. Mr. S. C. Buxton, M.P. for Poplar, poses as tho champion of the men on strike.
