The Judges consider that the exhibits display the highest artistic talent combined with excellence of quality and manufacture, and testify in a most substantial manner to the enterprise of tho manufacturers. The Judges, aleo add that the exhibit of Cut and Granulated Smoking Tobacco by the Messus.
