Freehold and Leasehold Property for terms of years fiom 2 to 12, repayable by Monthly Instalments according to new scale, which is lower than any other Society in the Colony, by which scale a considerable saving is effected as against a loan bearing interest at 7 per cent, per annum from other sources. The following are a few other advantages not obtainable outside the Society, viz :— 1. No procuration or commission foos are charged. 2. Expenses of mortgage lower. 3. Advances made up to THREEFOURTHS of the value of property. For oxample :—lf a borrower possesses laud to the value of £100, the Society will advance an amount up to the extent of £300 for building purposes. 4. In case of sickness or othor causes, payments may be suspended for terms of from 3 to 6 mouths, interest on balance due only being payable. 5.
