ACCIDENT TO AN AERONAUT.
London, April 23
Taylor, the aeronaut who has been exhibiting at Burnley, Lancashire, has been seriously injured owing to an accident to his parachute while he was making a descent. BOULANGER. General Boulanger will arrive in London to-morrow, and will stay at the Bristol Hotel, Burlington Gardens. It is expected that General Boulanger will remain in England for home time. PARIS EXHIBITION. It has been decided to open tho Paris Exhibition on May 6th. WAS IT "JACK THE RIPPER?" Three men entered tho house of a surgeon resident in Sofia and murdered his mother and niece. No motive is assigned for tho tragedy, which was carried out with great atrocity. STRIKE OF TRAM EMPLOYES IN AUSTRIA. Tho tram employes in Vienna have gone out on strike. Rioting has been frequent, and in a collision with the military many of tho strikers wore injured.
