The Timnru Milling Company's annual report shows a profit for four months on tho working.account of, £2050,.but bad debts {chiefly in Auckland) and losses on wheat cause a profit and loss debit of £J 330. No dividend was declared at the meeting today. Mr. Bruce, the founder of the mill, mOved for an investigation, but "met -with ;n*o support. The retiring directors were reelected unopposed.
