RIOTOUS PRISONER.
Dunkihn, This day. At the City Court Thou. Bunatt, a prisoner, was charged with riotous conduct in prison. The gaoler explained that prisoner who was about to bo discharged, played up so much that he felt, obliged to bring the ease before the Justices. Prisoner t> defence was that ho got mad on account of another prisoner provoking him He was sentenced to one month's hard labor.
