The debate on tho Addrees-in-Reply is proceeding in the House, -where strong exception is taken to the action of tho Government in excluding the Chinese from the colony. THE WINDSOR RAILWAY CLAIMS. All the claims for damages by the Windsor railway accident havo beon settled at a cost to the colony of £125,000. •
