QUEEN'S BIRTHDAY HOLIDAY.
Thursday, 24th inst. (Queen's Birthday), ■will be observed as a holiday at all postoffices. A special delivery of letters-will bo made over the counter at Chi_ Post Office after mails are sorted on Wednesday evening (23rd). This delivery will commence at about 9.45 p.m. Mails usually closing on I Thm-sday, will be closed on Wednesday, 23rd, at 9 p.m. S. J. JAGO, Chief Postmaster.
