A Hack shall mean a horse that has never won a weight for age or handicap race, hack races excepted, or that is nominated in a St. Leger at the time of nomination. Nominations, acceptances, &c, with the amounts to be forwarded to the Secretary at the Club's Office, Market-street, Nupier. No nomination, acceptance, or entry will be received unless accompanied with the necessary amount payable. Five per cent, will be deducted from the gross amount of all stakes.
