"VTOTICE is hereby given that the fol±S lowing Resolution passed by the Napier Borough Council at ordinary general meeting held on the 2nd November, 1887, will take effect as and from the Ist January, 1888. It was ordained that " The removal of night-soil be made compulsory 1 throughout the Borrugh, and the removal of house and yard refuses compulsory all over the Hats and all over the Spit." , The following extract from By-law No. 28 is published for general information : — BY-LAW No. 28, SECTION 13. _ 2.
