At Waipawa to-day, beforo the local Bench, William Gill was fined ,i.s,_with 2s costs, for drunkenness. —James Kennedy, charged with larceny from a dwelling, was further remanded till Tuesday.—William Brown, late secretary of the Loyal Abbotsford Lodge, 1.0.6. F., M.U., charged with the embezzlement of moneys the property of the trustees, has been arrested at Dunedin.
