, The Queen left Buckingham Palace about eleven a.m. to-day for Westminister Abbey in an open carriage escorted by a cavalcade of English and other • princes,- the effect being most brilliant. Her Majesty was dressed in a white lace grown over a darker material, and wore a ,white bonnet. She appeared smiling and happy when the carriage. emerged' from the gates of the Palace. The enthusiasm of the people was unbounded, and they throngedSt.James'sParkandtheapproaches. The enthusiasm increased until the cheering became a mighty roar. Her Majesty proceeded via Constitution Hill, Piccadilly, St. James street, Pall Mall, ■ Trafalgar-square, and White Hall. The line of route was crowded from sunrise with people waiting to see the pageant. The scone in Trafalgarsquare, Piccadilly, and in the neighborhood of the, Abbey was unparalleled for brilliancy and wealth of color, and for theimpressivoness of the assembled myriads, unitedly animated by enthusiasm and loyalty. Tho Queen entered the Abbey at noon with an Artillery salute. The following Jubilee honors are announced !~The Crown Prince Rudolph of Austria has been created a Knight of the Garter. Aabniral Tryon, late in command of the Awatralian naval station, has been created a Knight Commander of the Bath. An earldom has been conferred on Baron Londesborough. Sir John St. Aubyns, Sir William Armstrong, Colonel Sir J. Hogg, Mr George Slater Booth, Mr Fellows, and MrH. W. Eaton have been raised to. the peerage. Thirteen new baronets have been created, including Sir Algernon Borthwick, Mr W. H. Houldsworth, Mr William Pearce, arid Mr Charles Dalrymple. Numerous Knighthoods have been conferred, 'among the recipients being tho Mayors of York, Liverpool. Leeds, and Windsor, and the Lord Provost of Edinburgh. , - The morning has broken cloudlessly, arid gives every prospect of fine weather for the Jubilee. ■ '

Rain commenced at 7 o'clock this evening, andOonsiderably interfered with the success of the illuminations in the city to-night.

The Jubilee celebrations last night passed off without accident, though large crowds were parading tho,streets. . To-day Lord Carrington gave a dinner to poor children. An immense numoer of people proceeded down tho harbor to-night to' witness the illuminations, which were of the most brilliant description.
