PROCESSION AT WESTPORT.

[pes pkess association.] Westpobt; This day. The jubilee was celebrated here in firstclass style. At 10 a.m. the procession, composed of three bands, tho Volunteers, Friendly Societies, school children, footballers, and the general public, marched to the Recreation Ground now - being: cleared, whore an oak tree was planted by tho Mayor, and the ground was named Victoria Square. The procession then marched to the artillery ground, where salutes were fired and the National Anthem sung.
