IMPORTANT DECISION. JUDGMENT FOR DEFENDANT. London, June 8. In the action brought by the Lancaster Waggon Company against Sir Dillon Bell, Agent-General for New Zealand, in the. Court of Queen's Bench, judgment was given in favor of defendant, the Court deciding that Colonial Agents are not liablo for contracts made in the name of their Governments. .
