London, May 11. Consols havo advanced to 103}. The market rate of discount has declined to 1 per cent., and is now 1 per cent, below the bank rate. The New Zealand 4 per cent, inscribed stock is quoted at 99. Adelaide, May 12. The Messageries Maritimes' Caledonien brings Mauritius files to April 27th. Under that date Messrs Ireland, Fraser and Co. report as follows : —The weather continues favorable. The prospects of the sugar crop are good. The total stock of sugar in hand is 56,500 tons. The export this season to New Zealand amounted to 3047 tons. There have been no clearances for New Zealand ports during the past month nor any engagements for New Zealand. Exchange, 60 days' bank credit on New Zealand, 37§ per cent, premium.
