COUNT BISMARCK ORDERED TO TAKE REST.
Beeltx, May 10. Count Herbert Bismarck, Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, has been ordered by his medical advisers to take complete rest for a time. He will shortly proceed to Dublin on a visit to Lord Londonderry, Viceroy of Ireland.
