.: ANTI-GERMAN FEELING AT A THEATRE. FRIENDLY RELATIONS BETWEEN . GERMANS AND FRENCH. NEW HEBRIDES. , : Pams, May 6. ~ At the Grand Opera House last night the .performance of , Wagner's "Lohegrin" was stopped owing to a display of antiGerman feeling by a crowd which _had assembled outside the theatre. '•' i M. Fleurons, Minister for; Foreign Affaire, formally received to-dayo Count Muiister, German Ambassador, on his return to Paris. Cordial assurances were exchanged by. the two Ministers. •,:.■- Le Temps to-day states, that. M. Waddington, the French Ambassador ,to ■ the Court pf.St. James, has proposed that ; an Anglo-Rrench naval commission be. appointed -l,or the protection of the New Hebrides, Le Temps, considers that the proposal-will probably be. accepted,by the British' Government. .. > ■.
