Dunedin, This day. Should special sittings of the Appeal Court be convened to consider Hall's case, it will take place at Christchurch the first ■week in March, but I hear that it is not probable that any action will be taken till the ordinary appeal sitting in Wellington in May, some understanding to this effect having been arrived at between Judge Williams and Mr Chapman.
