New PiiCTOtmr, This day. Tho Hon. Mr Brycc arrived by tho train this morning, and was met hy Colonel Trimblo.

Tho inspection of tho Permanent Artillery Force will bo held this afternoon. Ovor one hundred havo just arrived for drill at tho forts with 250 pounders, which arc oxpected to arrive next month. Those will bo mounted on revolving carriages, workod by hydraulic power, and everything is ready to mount them when they arrive. Thero will bo seven or eight of them in various batteries.
The Minister of Justice states that the Judge's report and notos, with Caffroy and Pcnn's statement, will probably l'eaoh him at the end of tho week. Sir Robert Stout is oxpected back on Saturday, Sir Julius Vogel leaves at the end ©f tho month, and Mr Richardson and Mr Lamach will both shortly bo horo. Tho first business of Ministers when re-united will bo to consider the case.
