[PER PRESS ASSOCIATION. J Christchurch, This day. At the Supreme Court to-day, Justice Johnson decided to communicate with his brother Judges before sentencing Hunt, found guilty of. indecent assault, as he doubted whether the case could come under the First Offenders' Act. John Howell was found guilty of perjury, and sentence was deferred.
