Melbourne, October 6. The following horses have been scratched for the Melbourne Cup: — BJf.irgowrie ' Disowned Krupp Liverpool Plausible Torrent Winchester
This day, Corjso and Blue and Chesham' are scratched for the Melbourne Cup. Mr Maitland's Meteor, eptored tor this event, is dead. In the Cup betting Trident heads the list at 9 to 2 against.
