All horses to bo ridden in distinguishing colors. All disputes to be settled by the stewards, whose decision shall be final. The H.B. Jockey Club rules to be adopted as far as practicable. Fee to bo refunded in caso tho protest be sustained. Five per cent, to be deducted from all winnings. First race will start at 1 p.m. A Consolation Raco will be run if timo permit.
