November 6. The Standard to-day publishes a telegram from its special Egyptian correspondent, stating that 6000 rebel Arabs wero advancing to'AA'iidy Haifa. Sir Philip CunlilFe Owen was entertained at a banquet last night. Iv tho course of his speech he warmly acknowledged tho valuable assistance rendered to him by the Agents - General of tho various colonies, v which, he stated, had been tho means of r assuring tho success of the Indian and Colonial Exhibition next year. He concluded by promising a hearty wolcomo to all colonists who may be able to visit the exhibition.
