No other parties are authorised to manufacture or supply the trade. All others ar» infringements and will be proceeded against. Dealers and buyers are especially cautioned against handling or having in their possession Grenades or Hand Firo Extinguishers manufactured by other parties, as proceedings will be commenced against all such dealers and those in whoso possession infringing Grenade* are found: dealers and buyers are equally as liable as the manufacturers.
