RECONSTRUCTION OF TASMANIAN MINISTRY.

HOBART,
Tuesday. The re-construction of the Tasmanian Ministry, rendered necessary by tho resignation of tho Hon. W. R. Giblin, has been effected by Mr Douglas, and the fortfolios have been allotted :i3 follows—Premier and Colonial Secretary, Mr Douglas; Colonial Treasurer, Mr Burgess ; Attorney-General, Mr Dodds ; Minister for Lands and Works, Mr BroAvn.
