ARMS AND QHEEP T>UNS, 1 ARMS AND OHEEP XIUNS, AVITH 60,000 SSII?; RATTLE, TTORSES, & T>LANT, At Narler, Haavke's Bay, ON FRIDAY, 3rd OCTOBER, 188-1. nnURIROA, WAIROA, 0500 ACRES, 1 FREEHOLD, CROWN GRANT.— This property Avill be offered in 10 rural farms, lots varying from GO to 250 acres each, and 9 lots ranging from -100 to 1300 acres, the smaller lots commencing at the Wairoa Toavu boundary. The greater part of tho Land is rich agricultural wide open valleys purchased some years ago so as to command the lulls that they surrounded, then the property of the Crown, now an cndoAvmcnt to the High School.
