"Q.E.D." suggests in the Lyttelton Times a combination of shippers of meat throughout tho colony to form an agency company to undertake tho distribution of meat throughout the United Kingdom, with a capital of in £'> shares ; the first issue of 10,000 shares to be distributed throim-hout the colony as folloAvs: —Christehureh, 2000 ; Dunedin, 2000 ; AVellington, 1000 ; Auckland, 1000 ; Nelson," Napier, Invercargill, Oamaru, Timaru, and Wanganui, oOQ each. The proposal is for the establishment of large depots throughout London and tho large towns in the United Kingdom. Shippers of meat arc invited to communicate AA'ith " Q.E.D.," Lyttelton, if disposed to support the proposed company.
