WANTED— In January, 1884, a trained Certificated Master (married preferred) for the Clive District School. The average attendance is about 140, but capable of further increase. The average attendance for the quarter ending September 30 was 151 ; the present average attendance is 170; the number on the roll is 231, and the population is rapidly increasing. The salary as per Education Board scale would be for an average attendance of 170, at the rate of £199 10s per annum, with bonus for percentage of pupils passed, and fees for instruction of pupil teachers.
