The number of shares applied fo, to date is 3:328. A site of 57 acres, close tr the railway line, about one mile north o. Tiniaru, and having- a sea frontage, hat been determined upon for the pevmancni ■works. The piice is £10 per acre. The total cost of the land, buildin»\s, machinery, and erection is estimated at X' 12,000.
