No entry will be received for any race except upon the condition that all claims, disputes, and objections arising shall be decided by the SteYvards, or Avhom they may appoint, and their decision upon all points shall bo final. No qualification fee. The rules and weights of tho Hawke's Buy Jockey Club will be strictly adhered to. Five per cent, will bo deducted from the gross amount of all stakes. Horses Avalking over Yvill receive 50 per cent, of the stakes. All nominations, acceptances, and general entries, accompanied by tho necessary amount in cash, must be addressed to the Secretary, and left at the Criterion Hotel, Napier, not later than S p.m. on the several uuclernotcd dates.
