NOTABILIA.
Third appearance of Hegarty's Court Minstrels and the Hibernicon Comedy Company at the Theatre Royal to-night. The Artillery Volunteers parade for gun drill in front of the gun shed at 8 o'clock to-night. The members of the Hawke's Bay Gun Club hold a general meeting in the Criterion Hotel at 8 o'clock to-night. The second day's show of the Agricultural and Pastoral Society will be held at Hastings to-morrow. Messrs Neal and Close's establishmeut will be closed all day, and the stores of members of tho Holiday Association from 10.40 a.m. Trains will convey visitors to the ground at intervals during the day. The Rifle Volunteers proceed to Hastings by the 11.20 train to-morrow for daylight drill.
At the Hawke's Bay wool stores on Tuesday next Messrs Hoadley, Lyon and Co. will sell a number of residential sites in Hastings on easy terms. The finder of a silver bracelet, lost on the Hastings racecourse yesterday, will be rewarded on returning same to Messrs Garrett Bros., Hastings-street. There will be a totalisator on the trotting and jumping matches at the agricultural show at Hastings to-morrow. A number of new advertisements w ill be found in our "Wanted " column.
