Mb James Boyle.— A prize, value Five Guineas, for the best yearling Colt, also a prize, value Five Guineas, for tho best yearling Filly, both by "Bothwell." Mb TnoMAs Bishop.—A prize, value Five Guinieas, for the best pen of 20 Lincoln Ram Hoggets, not artificially fed, (hay, turnips, or mangolds allowed), bred and owned by the exhibitor. Messes Murray, Robehts and Co. —A prizo, value Ten Guineas for the best pen of 10 Longwoolled Ewes, with lambs at foot. N.B.— With entries for Mr M. R. Miller's special prizes for Merino Hoggets there is no restriction as to feeding, but it is requested "how fed" may bo stated at time of entry. Entries for Mr Tanner's special prizo for Sheep suitable for freezing must bo shown in the wool. There must bo three or more entries for Mr Tanner's special prizes, or they will not bo given. Wm. This Company have sluiced as far as they can in this direction, and have only been stoppeel by the boundary lino of tho proposed Company's ground, and a late washing at this boundary gave tho handsome return of 210 ounces. In conclusion the Directors recommend the proposed Company to the notice of investors with every confidence, and believe that tho water raco alone will return satisfactory dividends.
