Hallett, R.N., Commander, will bo despatched as above from Lyttelton the 10th of JUL _, positively. This vessel, now on her maiden voyage from London, is fitted throughout m the newest and most complete mariner. The Saloon is amidships, and is luxuriously furnished. The sleeping-cabins aro large, airy and elegantly fitted. A smoking-room, ladies' boudoirs, four bathrooms, and a barber's room aro included in the Saloon accommodation. The Second Class and Steerage quarters are of a superior character, well provided with lavatories, and having ample promenade space. It is intended that the steamer shall call atßiode Janeiro, so justly celebrated for the loveliness of its scenery. <4_ Cargo is now being received in Lyttelton 'audWired freo of charge, for which special arrangements must be made. Tho Company also charters ships of the highest class as required, and vessols are despatched from London to each of the principal ports of the colony with strict punctuality evory month. A Branch has been established in Liverpool, and vessels will be despatched at suitable intervals to the principals ports in New Zealand. NEW YORK AGENCY. Messrs R. W. Cameron and Co. have been appointed Agents for tins Company, and a regular lino of vessels will be laid on for the various ports in this colony to meet tho requirements of the trade.
