A DIVORCE CASE.
Wellington, This day. At the Supreme Court to-day the divorce case of Barker v. Barker and llaig- was heard. Thin -was a petition of the husband for a dissolution of marriage on the ground of the wife's adultery with the respondent, who resides atNew Plymouth, and desertion. The jury found for the petitioner, but His Honor delayed granting a decree nisi until he had considered a point of law raised.
