DISPUTE RE RAILWAY STATION RECLAMATION.

The dispute between the contractor for the railway station reclamation and the Government, arising out of tho inability of the Government to place the constractor in possession of the works, and subsequently handing over the contract to the Harbor Board, still remains unsettled, but the Harbor Board have taken possession of the ground, and will proceed with the work.
