June 0. Intelligence is to hand from Shanghai that M. Bouree, the French Ambassador to Pekin, has arrived at Shanghai, and has had a conference Avith Li Hung Chung, the Chinese Prime Minister, on the subject of the state of affairs in Tonqnin. No particulars of the interA-icAV have transpired. Telegrams have been received here from Tonquin that the French garrison at Hanoi has been reinforced by fifteen hundred men.
