PARIS.
May 21. A despatch from tho commandant of tho French expedition to Madagascar has been received reporting that ho has captured Haras, a military post iv the SakalaA-a country, and occupied the Custom House at Miganga, a town at the mouth of the Kupa river, on the north-Avest coast of the island. The road to Antananarivo the capital, has been secured by the French troops, and great excitement prevails among the natives in consequence of tho attitude of the French.
