NOTICE is hereby given that the following proposed amendment of the Bye-law regulating wharfage rates will be submitted to a special meeting of the Napier Harbor Board to bo held at 2.25 p.m., on TUESDAY, the loth inst., in the Council Chamber. Amendment to Bye-law Regulating AVharfage Rates. That Clause 2 of the Bye-law of the Napier Harbor Board regulating AVharfage Rates be repealed and tbe following provision substituted therefore. 2. —Every person who shall use any wharf or wharves under tho control of the Napier Harbor Board for the purpose of landing any goods thereon or for the purpose of shipping any goods shall pay as wharf dues on such goods a rate" per ton or portion of a ton or per cubic feet of measurement according to the Schedule hereto, provided it shall be at tho option of the Napier Harbor Board to charge wharf dues according cither to the weight or measurement of such goods.
