A NAPIER APPEAL CASE DISMISSED.
AVellington, This day. At a sitting of the Supremo Court in Banco yesterday an appeal from the decision of the Resident Magistrate at Napier, in the case of the Colonial Bank v. George Spence, in respect to a promissory note, Avas dismissed. Mr Chap-nan Avas for the appellant, and Mr Edwards for the respondents.
