By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. [Reuters Telegrams.] SENTENCE AND LIBERATION OF IRISH CONSPIRATORS. THE MARQUIS OF SALISBURY AT BIRMINGHAM. LONDON. Alarch 20. The Bank of South Australia has declared a dividend of five per cent for the past half year. A second batch of six prisoners who were found guilty of conspiring to assassinate Irish landlords have been sentenced, to ten years penal servitude. Twenty-one of the twenty-six persons arrested at Ballinosloe have been released from custody. The Right Hon. Anthony Alundella has now recovered from his recent indisposition. In the course of an address to a crowded audience at Birmingham last evening, the Marquis of Salisbury declared that tbe unstable policy of the Government could not fail to alienate the confidence of the people.
