THE PETITION of tho undersigned Ratepayers of the Tamumu and Oero Road Districts in the County of WaipaAva Humbly SheAveth, — rpHAT it is desirable to alter part of the X Boundary Lines betAveen the Tamumu and Oero Districts. THAT the present portion of the Boundary Line betAveen the Tamumu and Oero Districts, commencing at the north-east corner of Block 30, Man-g-akuri District, at a point where the said Block joins the 3langakuri stream, and running from thence in a southerly direction to the Omakare stream, and from thence in an easterly direction to the sea, be abolished and the following boundaries substituted in lieu thereof, viz.: — Commencing at the north-east comer of Block 20, Mangakuri District, Avhere it joins the Mangarara stream, thence in an easterly direction along the northern Boundary Line of said Block 20, and BloJks 28, 27, 20, 25, and part of Block 21, thence in a north-easterly direction to the northeast comer of said Block 24, thence in a southerly direction along the eastern Boundary Line of said Block 21, to the south-Avest corner of Block 23, thence in an easterly direction along the southern Boundary Line of said Block 23, to its southeast comer, thence in a southerly direction to the north- Avest corner of Block 38, thence in an easterly direction along the northern Boundary Line of Blocks 38 and 30, to the north-east corner of Block 30, thence iv a northerly direction to the northeast corner of Block 40, thence in an easterly direction along the northern Boundary Line of Block 40 to the sea.
