CRIMINAL LIBEL ACTION AGAINST THE TIMARU HERALD.
Wellington, This day. The Post states :— :t We understand that instructions have been given by Mr Eustace Brandon for the commencement of a criminal prosecution against the proprietors of tho Timaru He raid "for an alleged libel contained in a leading article Avhich appeared in that paper on the 10th instant, commenting on 3lr Brandon's action in connection Avith the recent proceedings in Dunedin under the Copyright Act."
