Section 2 has a .small frontage to the Taupo-road, aud is bounded on one side by the Mohaka. river. Sections 3 and 4 have frontage to the Taupo-road. Maungaharuru District: Fern hills and spurs on the western slopes of the Maungaharuru range, the soil is light, about one half of Section 2 is undulating country covered ivith natural grasses. Section 3is good pastoral laud. Section 4 lias frontage to Taupo-road. A few clumps of bush arc scattered about on Section 1. AVaitara District: Open fern country, hilly.
